Description

Our bodies work overtime.

Thanks to them, we travel back and forth to our jobs, hobbies, and travels. Additionally, our bones and muscles surround and protect our vital organs, 24/7.

Our emotions affect our body’s health, and vice versa—our mental health is interconnected with our physical health.

The more we care for our bodies and emotions and stay aligned with our center, the easier it becomes to face difficulties and find pleasure in our daily lives.

Do I feel my breath?
Do I listen to my body?
Can I identify when it is in relaxation/tension/fatigue/overstimulation, etc.?

Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves the body and our senses. In a Dramatherapy session, we usually start with an integration activity aimed at activating our bodies and connecting with our “here” and “now.” Following this, through a series of actions and depending on the theme of the session, we prepare for role-playing, creating scenarios, constructing masks, and more.

This workshop will therefore be dedicated entirely to our bodies, exploring our current relationship with them. Through the techniques of Drama Therapy, we will try to communicate with our muscles, joints, and vital organs using integration exercises, role-playing, and creative writing.

**The seminar is experiential, and we will experiment both individually and in groups.
