“Haste makes waste” or “slow and steady wins the race”?

Workshop Description

What is my relationship with rhythm?
What is my personal rhythm at this time?
How do the other rhythms in my environment affect me?

The next flight of The Flying Turtle Project is heading to Nea Filadelfeia and the welcoming space of Catgang Acrobatics and More!

Through this Drama Therapy seminar, we will explore rhythm as a fundamental element of the body, emotion, and communication. Through movement, sound, improvisation, and group activities, we will experiment with personal and collective rhythms -through presence, creativity, play, and connection with the group.

In this seminar, our intention is to create a safe and supportive space for play, expression, and discovery, and to invite participants into action. No previous experience in Drama Therapy or the arts is required. All that’s needed is a willingness to play, explore, and meet! 🥁🎶

At The Flying Turtle Project, community is at the heart of what we do.

For us, community means:
A space to belong.
A space to try.
A space to exist without needing to prove anything.

Wherever there are people who want to share, our community is there. 🐢

Who is it for

For anyone interested in exploring! No prior experience is needed — only the willingness to experiment.
Come meet us, move with us, and… step out of your shell as much as you like!

The workshop includes embodied activities, combining both individual and group processes.
