What does “inner home” mean to us?

Workshop Description

With excitement (and a little turtle-like anticipation), we announce the first experiential workshop of the Flying Turtles, titled “Our Home Within.”

Every turtle carries its home wherever it goes — a shell that protects and warms it, though it may sometimes weigh it down.
We are quite similar -more or less. Wherever we are, we each carry our own inner “home”: our experiences, thoughts, fears, and dreams.

In this first experiential DramaTherapy workshop by the Flying Turtles, we will explore:
• What our personal home–shell contains
• How our inner home helps us navigate the world and transition from one state to another

Through experiential exercises, movement, expression, role play, and creative dialogue, we will explore what our inner resources are and how they help us stay centered -wherever we are.

Who is it for

For anyone interested in exploring! No prior experience is needed — only the willingness to experiment.
Come meet us, move with us, and… step out of your shell as much as you like!

The workshop includes embodied activities, combining both individual and group processes.
