How often do we feel overwhelmed by anxiety, tightening our body and mind?
Have you ever felt like you’re losing yourself in the endless demands of parenthood?
You try… and try… to keep up with everything. But what about you?

Description

In the midst of daily life, we build a world full of care for others, while our own time becomes more fragile—like glass. Have we forgotten that we, too, deserve space and breath?

In this Dramatherapy group, we will draw inspiration from The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams to explore how the balance between caring for others and caring for ourselves can become a reality. We will create space for our needs, search for new ways to reclaim personal time—and, in the end, we will share this journey in a small stage presentation.

Through movement, role-play, and creative expression, we will bring our emotions to life and gently reshape our relationship with self-care. This is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with others who share the same journey.

Because taking care of yourself is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.

**The sessions will be experiential, involving both individual and group experimentation.
