Description
In “How Do I Relate? Vol. 2”, we will explore how we relate to others during this stage of our lives.
Using the tools of Cinema and Theater as psychotherapeutic means, we will take center stage by activating our bodies, improvising through roles, and tuning in to our needs.
The workshop’s material draws inspiration from Nikos Nikolaidis’ film “Morning Patrol” and will have an experiential nature. Participants will experiment both individually and in groups.
The Facilitators
Vasiliki is a Social Scientist and a soon-to-graduate Drama Therapist who enjoys expressing herself through art. She invites adults to explore their emotions through physical expression and activities such as role-playing, improvisation, script creation, and more.
Evika is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a soon-to-graduate Drama Therapist at the Athyrma Institute. She has worked in psycho-pedagogical settings and recently began conducting sessions with adults, utilizing the principles and techniques of Drama Therapy.
Vasiliki and Evika are close friends who co-created the CineDramatic Method. By combining the techniques of Drama Therapy with the cinematic context of filmmaking, they invite individuals to approach and process their needs and desires in a unique way during this period of their lives.
